Moving on...

Praise God! It's another beautiful day...
  1. We managed to settle the Housing Assessment bill. That means, the lawyer could proceed with the next step for the sales of our house! Praise God!
  2. Also, have in mind, the currency exchange for MYR to AUD is now 3 to 1. This is high...
  3. The buyer for Avanza is working on the bank loan now. Things are moving again. Praise God for all these little progresses.
Do continue and labor alongside with us in prayer.

SHOCKING news!

An unexpected news got to us early yesterday. And that news from the immigration agent had really upset the entire of our program (supposedly to celebrate Debbie's birthday... *sigh*). Ended up a stressful and horrible day...

Apparently, Australia government would not recognize home-schooling if the parent is on a student visa. Make it worst, the immigration agent here had never handle such a case until they met Debbie. That's the reason Debbie could not have her visa approved.

The scary part is, the local school needs approximately 10days to process Caylie's registration. And we are supposed to fly off on May5!!! Yeap, 12days from today...

Will her visa be ready by then?!

More news after this...

Another farewell event...

Thanks to our long-standing friends, Marilyn & Daniel. This couple is very dear to us (Debbie & myself). Out friendship started since tertiary day. One statement made by Marilyn over the lunch was, "We are going to miss another friend..."

Dan.& Marilyn, Debbie and myself truly appreciate the qualities in both of you. Your faithfulness and sincerity as friends towards us. At times in life, there are things which beyond words... And your friendship falls into this category, it's beyond words to describe. Thank you so much for your love and cares.

We are blessed by you both.

...continuation from "Another day out..."

The farewell cum birthday celebration for Cheryne and Debbie was another amazing event - so memorable to me. We had good food cooked by MJ & Denise's mum. We had wonderful cell members who loved us dearly. Thanks to all of you who made it last night.

Cheh, the 3kids and myself will surely miss all of you.

Another day out...

After hearing from mum, we've decided to get extra sets of thermal wear. So, as family, we headed on to 1U since morning. Also, to get Debbie a pair of jeans. *WoW* She looks good on that pair of denim.

I am looking forward for tonight's event!!!

Praise God for them...

It's always good to have family members who are caring.

Mum, Ebbie & Joey being there have been giving us (Debbie and myself) lots of tips. Just an hour ago, mum told us to get extra pieces of thermal wear. On top of it, they will be scouting out bed sets; utensils and normal items for us. And I thank God because, one of the neighboring houses will be vacant and the owner is looking for people like me, who is in need of a house to rent. Mum, Ebbie & Joey are so nice and kind - they will view the house for us.

Praise God for good family members.

More unexpected news...

Today was another awesome, fruitful day...

  1. Close to evening of today, Debbie received a letter (birthday card). Guess what was inside!!! Yeap! We were so surprised and blessed by this couple from the north. They posted a loved gift to us. A cheque from their family to ours. We thank the Lord for this couple. They are so generous and kind towards us. Praise God!
  2. Also, some legal, highly important documents found!!! It went missing for a year, but the Lord directed my thoughts and caused my hand to pick up the phone. Called and spoken to the right person and *taTAR...* I recovered them within minute. Praise God!
  3. Thank to MJ (Mary-Janice, a wonderful sister-in-Christ). She helps sold two of my favorite items to her friends. Thanks Jan!
  4. Debbie successfully sown into some life. And these life were so touched by her kindness. Praise God! We believed the more we sow, the more we shall reap according to His time.

God is always so kind and gracious to us. Thank You, Jesus!

About Ebbie & Joey...

As for Ebbie & Joey, they finally gotten themselves a car. It's only AUD5,500.00 inclusive of insurance and other legal documentation fees. Yes, everything in! That's not bad, man. It's sounded really good.

They (most likely) will be available to chat or do any sorts of internet works from Monday onwards because, they will be getting the line by then.

I can't wait to chat with them. I believe so are many here...

Thank God! Things are moving on...

First of all, I really like to thank Jesus for His hands and favor upon our life. Why?

  1. We met our house purchasers, a young couple and had favor in their eyes. The very first moment she stepped into my Puchong House, she almost, instantly fell in love with it. So, we finally met at the lawyer's office and had our legal documents signed.
  2. On top of that, they are considering to rent the house for a few months before the entire legal processes is done. Looks like, the house would be rent out (on top of selling it). This, we had never expected!!!
  3. Debbie and the 3kids had good time shopping for their winter jackets. She is very, really happy with her piece.
  4. Caylie also gotten her boots from Petaling Street. She loves it too!
  5. Finally, when I checked my mail (just a few minutes ago), guess what!!! There's one interested buyer for my Avanza! Yahoo! Praise God! Wow... I could only thank God for favor! We are praying that this deal would be through. Do pray alongside, my friends...
That's all for today.

A little updates on today's happenings

I heard from Joey / Ebbie that, it's very cold at night. Ryan and Noel were not well. They should have gotten a thermometer by now , to check on the two little one.

While on our side, we've closed one of our bank accounts. Also, had bought some AUD currency. We will be terminating our insurance policy tomorrow.
